Setting up billing in VineMigrator® is quick and straightforward. To get started, navigate to Profile & Billing from the tenant admin area. You'll be guided through the process of setting up your billing account and adding a payment method. Once billing is configured, VineMigrator® will automatically track usage and handle invoicing for you through Stripe.

How Billing Works

VineMigrator® uses a tiered usage-based pricing model. As your usage increases, the cost per processed row decreases, allowing you to scale efficiently as your data needs grow.

Usage & Invoicing

Usage is tracked based on successfully processed rows or documents

An invoice is automatically created and populated as usage occurs

Invoices are charged and closed every 30 days

No manual billing actions are required after initial setup

Minimum Usage Requirement

A minimum charge of $100 applies for the first 500 rows processed. After the minimum threshold, usage is billed at $0.20 per successfully processed row or document. Pricing scales down at higher volumes based on tiered usage.

Note: Pricing tiers are subject to change. As of April 2025, our pricing structure remains competitive and scales with your organization's growth.

Billing Management & Access

Because billing is fully automated, all you need to do is:

Set up your billing account

Provide a valid payment method

For detailed invoices, payment history, and receipts, visit the Billing Portal. Access to the Billing Portal is tied to the tenant admin email address, and only authorized tenant admins can view or manage billing details.
